These very cuddly looking tree kangaroos have arms and legs of almost the same length, with the fore-limbs being much more powerful for climbing trees.

What do they eat?
Mostly fruit and leaves, seed, eggs, sap, bark and young birds.
Man – through destruction of habitat and indigenous peoples hunting them for food. Oh my, how could anyone eat something as adorable as that?
Status: Some species are Endangered
There are 14 known species – some are rare and some are critically endangered (The Wondiwoi tree kangaroo is not only critically endangered, it may well be extinct)
